How the decision is made
The captain reviews forecasts the evening before and the morning of every trip — wind, sea state, visibility, and lightning risk. If any of these cross safe operating thresholds, the trip is rescheduled.
What you get if we cancel
A full refund or a free reschedule for a future date. The choice is yours and there is no paperwork.
If conditions change mid-trip
If the sea changes once we're under way, the captain may adjust the route or shorten the trip. Where this materially affects the day, we'll offer a partial credit toward your next trip.
Offshore considerations
Offshore trips have stricter weather windows than inshore trips. We may run a half-day on the reef when the offshore window is closed.
