Free cancellation up to 7 days before departure
You can cancel or reschedule your booking for free at any time up to 7 days before your departure date. Any deposit paid is refunded in full.
Inside 7 days
Cancellations made within 7 days of departure are non-refundable. You may reschedule for a future date subject to availability.
Weather cancellations
If we cancel your trip due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, you choose: a full refund or a free reschedule. No questions asked.
Shared trip minimum
Shared trips depart only when a minimum of 4 guests are confirmed. If the minimum is not reached, you can reschedule, upgrade to a private charter at a discounted rate, or take a full refund.
How to cancel
Message us on WhatsApp or email book@adventurehuahin.com with your booking name and date. Cancellations are confirmed within 2 hours during business hours.
