Booking

A booking is confirmed once we reply to your request and you have paid any required deposit. Until then, dates are held tentatively.

Conduct on board

Guests must follow the captain's instructions at all times. Alcohol is not allowed on board. We reserve the right to end a trip without refund if a guest behaves in a way that endangers others or the vessel.

Liability

Boating involves inherent risk. Guests sail at their own risk subject to our insurance coverage. We follow Thai Marine Department regulations and carry accident insurance for every guest on board.

Children

A responsible adult must accompany any guest under 18 at all times.

Photos & video

We sometimes photograph trips for our website and social channels. If you'd prefer not to be photographed, tell the crew on the day and we'll respect that.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
