Booking
3 questionsHow do I book a trip?
Use the booking form on the Book page or message us on WhatsApp. We confirm by WhatsApp within 2 hours, between 08:00 and 17:00 Thailand time.
What is the difference between a private charter and a shared ticket?
A private charter books the entire catamaran for your group. A shared ticket is a single seat on a trip combined with other guests. Shared trips only depart when a minimum of 4 guests is confirmed.
What happens if a shared trip does not meet the minimum?
If your shared trip does not reach 4 confirmed guests, you can reschedule for free, upgrade to a private charter at a reduced upgrade rate, or receive a full refund.
Pickup & logistics
2 questionsDo you offer hotel pickup?
Yes — hotel pickup in Hua Hin is included for every trip. We will collect you 30 minutes before departure and return you after the trip.
Where do trips depart from?
We depart from Hua Hin Pier. Exact meeting point and time are confirmed in your booking confirmation.
Weather & safety
2 questionsWhat happens if the weather is bad?
Captain's call always. If conditions are unsafe, we will reschedule to another day or refund in full. We never risk a trip for the sake of the schedule.
Is offshore fishing possible year round?
Yes, but the best sailfish season is November to April. Tuna and mahi-mahi peak in the warmer months. We'll tell you what's biting before you book.
On board
2 questionsIs alcohol allowed on board?
No. For the safety of all guests and crew, alcohol is not allowed on our trips.
What should I wear?
For swimming trips: swimwear, a towel, and a cap. For fishing trips: a long-sleeve shirt, reef-safe sun cream, sunglasses, and a cap. Light jacket in cooler months.
Fishing-specific
3 questionsDo you provide fishing gear?
Yes — bait, tackle and rods are all included. You're welcome to bring your own gear if you prefer.
Can I keep my catch?
On the Full Day and Extreme Wreck trips, yes. We clean and pack your catch on the way back. The Half Day trip is catch-and-release unless agreed otherwise.
I have never fished before. Is that ok?
Absolutely. Our crew briefs first-time anglers and adapts the gear and technique to your experience level.
Children
1 questionAre children welcome?
Yes. Children are welcome on all trips. We carry life jackets in all sizes. Please let us know ages when booking.
Payment
2 questionsHow and when do I pay?
Payment is taken after we confirm your booking. We currently accept bank transfer and cash in THB or USD. Online card payments are coming soon.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before departure. Inside 7 days, deposits are non-refundable except in cases of weather cancellation or operator cancellation.
